Great Savings
$12 USD for parking vs. $2 next block (by I-Max Theater) seems to be overpriced. Close to the falls (10 minute walk). Breakfast buffet was quite good (about $7pp).

Good hotel for price
This was my husbands first trip to Niagara region, so, I knew wed spend more time out of our room than in our room - Niagara region is very expensive, so, this hotel was a good deal for the price. If its your first time, save some money on the hotel and stay here. Great location - 15 minutes walk to the falls and 10 minutes walk to Clifton Hill. The staff was nice. The restaurant in the hotel was a really good deal for the food. This was a very basic hotel, nothing fancy. Would stay again.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Do a winery tour at least once - we used Grape and Wine Niagara Tours - worth every penny. Do a haunted house, there are a lot to choose from, but, we went through Nightmares, and it was fun. Must do the Maid of the Mist ride once in your life.

You get what you pay for
Hotel was decent with all the basic anemities. There wasnt a safe in the room so we wound up carrying our documents around. We enjoyed the warm and quiet pool after a long hot day, but the hot tub wasnt working during our stay. The walk is a bit far to the falls though.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Next time we would pay more to be closer to the falls.
