Great Morning Pastries
Stayed for two nights after staying at a Marriott in the LA area for five nights. This room cost more. But the breakfast was free. Best pastries I have ever had at a continential breakfast. Coffee cups could have been bigger. Great location right off the 101 Freeway. Within walking distance of some very nice restaurants. Quite room, nice pool, quaint golf putting area.
Go in October and visit the Goleta Lemon Festival. Nice little local fair. Lots of lemon based food items. Very friendly people.

Buellton finest Hotel
Upon entering the lobby which was very clean and well decorated, we were greeted by a very friendly clerk. Checking in was very simple. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. We had a very nice view of the courtyard and pool area. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

There are a lot of nice places to go and eat that cover a wide range of budgets. The little breakfast house across the street is nice. Pea Soup Andersen’s is a great place to eat and also get a history lesson.

Second Time Here
I like that Pea Soup Anderson’s Restaurant is right there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would definitly stay here a third time.

Solvang is only a few miles away and you could spend a couple of days going thru the shops and wine tasting.
