poor service
The AC in my room did not work, guess what, that was 40 degrees Celsius on that day, outrageously hot. I complained to the manager, but he just pretended to adjust the central cooling system. Several hours later, I complained again cos I just could not fall asleep. After the argument for about a couple of minutes, he finally gave in and agreed to change a room for me. Really bad service and the bathroom gave out a strange smell.

location location location
nice hotel,clean room, and good service, best of all, location, take airport bus line 4 to final stop, walk 15 minute to hotel. close to subway line 3, 4, and 8. shops and restaurant all around the hotel. with this price, who can ask for anything more
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
if you take a taxi from airport to hotel, cost around 150 to 200 RMB, but if take airport bus line 4, 22 RMB,then walk 15 or 20 minute to hotel. (or taxi less then 20RMB )

Every thing was just fine,i really like it,but if there could be some one with speaking better English , that will be great.
