my colleagues room was more superior to mine, that was my only complaint, but was still satisfactory

Best beds in Manchester!
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms not huge and windows a bit small but very well equipped and fabulous comfy beds and pillows. Short 10 minute walk to city centre but quiet location for a good nights sleep.

usual Marriott high standards
Really enjoyed our stay, only hiccup was getting a bill through the door during the night advising of our extra spend but also indicating our room charge was outstanding when this had been paid direct to hotel.com. This affected our friends as well (I’d paid for their room as well)....reception advised that this was the transaction between the hotel and agent .....can’t see why it had to be on our bills and give guests concern as they awaken!!
Always check your bill.....as we waited to check our issue with ours, we were not the only guests doing so.
