Quaint hotel, short walk to stores and restaurants
We enjoyed our stay at the Pines Inn Lake Placid. The hotel is over 100 years old, but it is clean and refurbished. Like many old hotels, the room was small but cozy. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the fact there there is no elevator, luckily we were on the second floor.

A very quaint place to stay!
It was like a country inn, very inviting and quaint. It was nice for a couples get away.

Wonderful Hotel and Restaurant!
The Pines Inn Lake Placid was a wonderful choice for our romantic get away. It was clean and cozy. The Bathroom was spacious and wonderful! The in Hotel Restaurant specialized in burgers. It was a limited menu but the Black Bean Burger alone was worth the drive!!! I hope they make it a standard and not just a special!
