Great location - that’s about it.
very expensive for what you get. the location is almost perfect for Santa Monica, so that’s what you’re paying for. the rooms are old, almost to the point of falling apart. however, our room was clean and the hotel was quiet. right across the street from the beach. if you’re not planning on spending any time in your hotel and want a great location, then you will not be disappointed. not sure i would spend the extra money for the ocean view room, as it overlooks the senior center....

This hotel was perfect for what I was looking for...shopping, food, and scenery. Would stay there again and also recommend to friends and family.
