Dishonesty
I paid to stay an extra night and I was told that I would receive free complimentary breakfast for the extra stay. I saw that there was a circel around 2 for two people and I went to the front desk to ask Shelly Ann if my child was included for the breakfast and I was told yes. After I had ordered and eaten I was told that I had to pay for my child $9.00 and some change to be exact.
