New hotel is very clean, but, parking extra
We generally stay at a budget type hotel, but, because we prepaid for the room, it was the same price as a budget hotel; parking was extra and Hotels.com did not mention that fact during the booking. The hotel, overall, was very clean. The room was mostly clean 9 out of 10. The room was a bit cramped and no fridge. We left too early the next morning (to catch a flight / near YYZ airport) that we did not get to see how the breakfast was. I would stay here again if I got that same great rate.

Great room for the money
Breakfast was not provided though we were under the impression it was included. However, considering the rate we got it was not all that bad.
