Pretty good but not sure if worth the money
Room excellent - super clean and beds really comfortable. Check in very slow and insufficient staff. Concierge helpful but difficult to get hold of. Pool nice but bit of a hassle to use it (have to get code number each day from a different floor to the pool floor). Excellent view. Overall hotel good but not worth the expense.
Tate Modern has good kids menu and excellent kids activities which are free in the museum

Great Location across the Thames from Parliament
Great location to many tourist attractions. Attentive staff and good overall condition of hotel made our stay in London even better. "Executive Lounge" access was a plus for wary travelers after an exhausting sightseeing day, and also offered an acceptable breakfast. Many rooms have views to Big Ben, and waking up to its chimes was an experience not many other hotels (any?) could offer.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Definitely go for the "Executive Lounge" access and Parliament views --the extra cost is worth it. Fitness-conscious travelers could also take advantage of a 25-meter indoor swimming pool in addition to the well-stocked gym (and spa services)
