when we arrived at the hotel we were getting out of the car to go and check in a very creepy man came up to the driver side door of the car and asked us for money, scared us to death! we wanted to go home right then....i would not stay at the hampton inn stay farther down to the water....The food was excellent hymans was amazing! the kickin chicken was so good too, get the nachos!
we went on halloween weekend and it was fun, everyone we saw was dressed up and having a good time we went on the ghost tour and it was great our tour guide was so good at telling the stories!

Great staff
Staff offered great suggestions for restaurants and places to go. Rooms were very comfortable.

Great location
The staff was great and location teriffic. The only damper (pardon the pun) was, because of the humidity, the room seemed very damp; including the bed linens.
