Looks Very Nice, but...
The hotel is very nice; it’s elegant and very clean. It has a very good shower with excellent water pressure, something which is hard to find at times in Mexico. It also has an excellent A/C. The room I stayed in was non-smoking, but in the middle of the night I was awakened by the strong stench of cigarette smoke coming from other rooms or floors. The bed is horrible, unless you like sleeping on your kitchen table. I am not exaggeratiing, it was hard! The hotel is nicest thing on the block, everything else is very unappealing, but the location is desirable because of its proximty to historical buildings and points of interest. The hotel is walking distance form the Cathedral, the Museum, and San Juan de Dios (3 story shopping center/mercado). I stayed at this hotel for one night. I personally could not tolerate the bed for more than 2 nights.

Very impressive and clean
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and service I received during my stay. The rooms were in very nice condition and the hotel in general was very clean. The service was very close to top notch. The beds are a little hard.

Lovely, but with some discomforts
This Hotel is very beautiful. The designer’s taste is very eye-appealing. The only problem was that the beds are very, very hard. There is no complimentary coffee and no refrigerator in the room, that is an extra charge if you desire one. The location is in the heart of the town. Rooms are very clean and the personnel are very friendly.
