FIRST CLASS ACCOMMODATION WILL DEFINITELY USE IT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE
Hotel staff very efficient did not have rooms together was on separate floors, as they were very booked up for a wedding that night but as we had our elderly mother with us, they changed it without any fuss so that she could be next to us, we even got upgraded at no extra cost, the hotel was a stopping point for us as we was on our way the next day to the isle of man for a holiday, first time we have done this and will certainly do this again when we have a long journey, which gives us a break from driving too many miles in one day.

Quick Trip
Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. My only ’complaint’ was that there was no room service menu - don’t know if this means not this service is not availale. It would have been helpful to know all facilities avaiable rather than have to ask staff.

Nice people hotel ok
Brief business trip hotel is ok and the people are nice Internet access is pricey and ought to be available in shorter and cheaper amounts Shower over bath a British antique we ought to be looking at a really good shower unit. Not much choice in this area and this is perfectly acceptable wiht plenty of features.
