Clean and Friendly
First time staying in Birmingham and Embassy was a great choice. And it’s pet friendly! Get a two-bedroom suite and save on your family stay.
Our suite even had a fold out sofa for the night owl. More room than usual for family to visit without feeling cramped.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
MANAGER’S RECEPTION WAS SPARSE (JUST TWO ITEMS) COMPARED TO THE EMBASSY SUITE IN CINCINNATI (FIVE ITEMS OR MORE. I FOUND A ROACH IN OUR BATHROOM. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TO US IN YEARS... THERE WAS A TRAY ON OUR FLOOR (5TH) THAT WAS OUT IN THE HALL AND IT WAS NOT PICKED UP FOR THREE DAYS. ONE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN DOWN THE ENTIRE TIME OF OUT STAY (5 DAYS). OUR WINDOWS RATTLED AND THE DOOR NEXT TO US SQUEAKED TERRIBLY WHENEVER IT OPENED AND CLOSED AND SINCE THERE WERE CHILDREN NEXT DOOR IT OPENED AND CLOSED A LOT! FOR THE PRICE I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I EXPECTED MORE.
