Not bad but housekeeping needs work.
This is a new hotel and for the most part the room and service were satisfactory. The front desk staff was great, but housekeeping sure needs some work. There were no batteries in the tv remote (how do you miss that?) and a used tampon applicator under the outside corner of one bed that was moved out when I pulled back the covers (yukk). But the bed was comfortable, the room walls were thick (so fairly quiet) and it was convenient for an early departure from the airport the next day.

Great place to stay
Pleasently surprized. We don’t know what we really were expecting, but our stay was way great. The hotel is only about a year old, but was very well maintained. The room was very clean. The real surprize was the food. In a word..outstanding! No the prices were not cheap, but the food and the service could not be beat. Overall the customer service could not have been better. The only down side...the coffee pot was broke in the room and they did not have a replacement in stock.

Nice hotel/Daytime staff needs class in customer service
Hotel was really nice, new and very clean. The pool was small compared to others we have stayed at. The restaurant wasnt too great, room service food arrived cold and they kept forgetting things we had ordered. The night staff was great, day staff was rude and needed to learn more customer service skills. While we stayed they had a 4am fire alarm and the staff had no idea how to handle it, the elevators were not working and the staff seemed clueless as to what to do.
