Beautiful hotel and grounds
Loveley hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Very relaxing. Breakfast is good. Restaurant food is decent. Good gym and other facilities. Could probably do with a bar separate from the restaurants.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Hotel taxis are expensive. There’s a taxi man at the beach restaurant next door which is twice as cheap. There’s a hotel shuttle at 16:30 and 21:00 to Chaweng @ 100BHT pp.

Fantastic Hotel!!!
From the moment we arrived I knew we were in for a treat.. The Hotel is beautiful. The Staff can not do enough for you. The Villa was gorgeous. The pools are nice. The beach was lovely.. I could go on and on!! All in all, it was Fantatic!!

Best resort on Ko Samui
We spent our 7 night honeymoon at Melati Beach Resort and loved it! The service is highly professional and efficient, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and the grounds are impeccable. We stayed in one of the private villas, which I highly recommend, but the individual rooms look like they would also offer plenty of privacy if you can’t spring for the extra cost. The only drawback is Melati’s beach front is fairly small, and the neighbors do not keep their beaches clean. For unspoiled beaches, head to the west side of the island. The activities counter helped us a rent a car, delivered to the hotel, for a reasonable price, and we drove to other beaches.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Nathon is the best town on the island for local food and souvenirs. The street market at night is a great place for local food!
