I would not recommend this hotel at all.

it was bad. we ordered single bed with private bathroom, but they gave us 2 beds with no bathroom first. also, there is no elevator so i had to carry 2 luggage to 4th floor. there trash everywhere on the hall way. i check with expedia about satisfaction rate, it rated 2.5, but that was not 2.5. i won’t give even 1 point for the hotel. also, wokers didn’t speak english at all. if i didn’t have my girlfriend which she speaks chinese, i wouldn’t able to change the hotel and get my money back.

Traveller's tip on nightlife

i stayed at Soho area, but after 9pm, all the stores will close. so you don’t wanna go out late or come back. if you are looking for nightlife in NY, i wouldn’t stay in Soho. to place to shop, it was good place.

You know where it is, you know what you are paying.

The rooms are expectedly small. The bathroom was reasonably clean. The towels were reasonable. One of the guys from the reception desk was helpful and spoke english, one did not speak english (at night).

Bearable

I don’t mind to rough it up in a small room with no windows and only the basics, but this hotel has such thin walls that even the snoring of the others seem a burden, whenever someone walks out of the room it feels like a military raid and you can listen to all of their conversations (even whispering ones)..

There’s no free WiFi as advertised. Just take an eye shade and good ear plugs and your own towels (since the ones they have are dirty) and you might enjoy a good night.
