Not Impressed
This was a frustrating hotel stay. We requested a king bed and were given a double bed and told that there were no more king beds (we had reserved it 3 months earlier). We were not granted early check in at 12:00 noon. The bathroom had water spots and some damage in the ceiling and the heat did not work. When someone came and fixed the heat (which was immediate), the heat then made very loud noise every time it kicked on, to the point where we had to shut it off to sleep. As a plus, this site has a pool and decent fitness center and was convenient to restaurants and shopping.

They made us feel welcome. Convenient location to beaches, Boston, Maine & the mountains.

Dissatisfied.
Upon arrival no towels in the room. Called the desk and they asked me to come down and get them. They did not have a full set and we had to wait about a half hour for them. On day two the room was never cleaned.
