Good Value
Hotel is nice, far from downtown (we knew this) but if you want to spend time in town is a bit far. Beach is not swimmable because of big rocks but pool is inviting and nice. All rooms have ocean views but some on the 2nd floor are overlooking the convention center roof. If you are renting a car valet parking is 100 pesos for 24 hrs. it was worth it.
If you want to visit Mayan Ruins go to Valladolid and visit Ek-Balam, almost undiscovered by the commercial aspect.

Will never return and left early!
Hotel was everything I expected, until I needing anything from them! When I entered room my tv did not work, took 30 mins at 2am to get it fixed. Ordered room service which stated it would be to my room in 30 mins, after an hour and a half and I cancelled it when it never showed. Towels in my room smelled. Website stated hotel had parking avaliable, but only for a price, no free parking anywhere on site. Had my wedding party at two others hotels and Hilton would not allow my wedding party to come visit my hotel without registering them to my room, was absolutely ridiculous. I was going to stay 4 nights total, left after the 1st night and will never return.

Luggage stolen in the my room
We had our room cleaned, left the hotel, and when we got back in the afternoon, my whole luggage was missing and some items in the room. Imagine, a whole luggage! and it is a big one. It was concluded that it was stolen by one of the staff of the hotel. They don’t have security cameras per floor and only have them on the lobby and entrace/exit points if i remember correctly. The front desk staff kept on telling me that the manager will go to my room to talk to us, but never came to tell us what steps will be taken. i went down the lobby 4 times to ask for the manager. He just called us in the evening. Because of this incident, i wouldnt recommend it. But aside from that the hotel is nice. Although the not all the pools are usable since most are 1 foot deep. Although it is far from other restaurants. If you want a secluded resort,take this. if not, choose somewhere near La Isla Mall, Plaza Kukulcan or near the downtown area.
