Boutique at it’s best!!
My fiance and I found the Oriental by reading reviews online and I have to agree with all of them. The owner, Catherine greeted us and was warm and welcoming offering us all sorts of knowledge on the area. When we went to our room it was spotlessly clean and well decorated with light dove grey walls, pristine white bedding and a flat screened tv. There was complementary tea and coffee facilities and complementary mineral water. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was to die for, all freshly prepared and locally sourced and mostly organic. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be using this hotel myself again!!
There is heaps to do in Brighton. The North Lanes are a brilliant place to shop, the beach is lovely particularly when sunny!, the pier is fun if not a bit tacky, I would definitely recommend Choccywoccydodah’s cafe in Middle street if you like chocolate, the chocolate cake and hot chocolate is to die for!

Lovely restful break
Lovely relaxing break, a short walk from the Lanes, seafront and shops. Tasty organic breakfast and comfy beds.

Quiet Hideaway in the Heart of Brighton
First time at this hotel but not in Brighton. Would definitely go back. Very welcoming, accomodating and friendly staff. If you want a quiet hotel away from the crowds but want to be within easy reach of the Pier, the Arches and the Lanes then this is an ideal hideaway.
