Not impressed.
This hotel B&B provides a clean room and little more. I thought the B&B office was difficult to find, the office was closed and contact information was lacking. Once I found her, the manager escorted me on foot through Siena to the room which was located on the fourth floor--no elevators. Be prepared to "rough" it a little with this B&B.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
This is an affordable option for a clean room in which to rest up. If you are willing to walk up four stories and share a small bath, this is a good option.

great location
I stayed in two of their locations. The one on the same street as their office had a bit more charm -- and bathroom products. But I liked the one at the bus station, too. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great price, great locations.

Although you actually book throught siena b&b, you dont actually stay there as they have aggrements with other b&bs within a few minutes of the check in office. We stayed at b&b Duomo which was fine, clean, tidy and the guy was helpful. We were given a breakfast voucher for each night we stayed and had to go to the local cafe and get your breakfast there which had a great selection, there isn’t a particular limit to what you can have so on the last day, as we were travelling we go our lunch with the same voucher too!! Checking i was a bit tricky as we arrived before 2pm nobody was there so we used the office phone to call the people and after as bit of gentle persuasion they came and checked us in.
