Centrally located with great views of the city.
We really enjoyed our three nights and being able to work out at the gym across the street at reduced rates was a plus!

Needs lots of Improvements
Shabby area and 1st room that we were given was unmaid. Went back to get another room and receptionist didn’t beleive us so he came up to the room that he had given us. He saw for himself and then issued us a new room on another floor. Carpets thin and dirty

definitely not a 4 star hotel
definitely not a 4 star hotel like it was advertised. the front desk staff had no idea what they were doing, there was always confusion especially with billing. I was not the only one the person in line after me had the same issues. the bathroom smelled so badly, I don’t think they ever cleaned the toilet...
