Over priced
Went for educational conference and I was not impressed. I felt that the price was extrodinary high to be October which is considered off season, the room are old looking and needs to be updated.

What a Nice Stay!
Memorial Day Weekend is usually the time of year my husband and I avoid the beach area. However, some friends were going to be in Long Branch so we decided to get a room here. I have to say I was immediately impressed with the hotel, the access to various places, the ambiance, and a very nice room with an awesome view. The area in general was laid back and relaxing which is what we were both looking forward to. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is a place we will definitely stay at again.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Avenue is a great place to eat, food is excellent. It’s also a great place to go at night but you’ll need to get there early because the line is always long.
