Friendly good service helpful staff - would go again
We enjoyed our stay with the welcoming helpful staff and management - no complaints and excellent location overlooking the harbour at Sliema and near to all ferry and transport services with good local restaurants and shopping nearby.

Good location, fair mattresses
Central location-so easy to get anywhere. The room was clean but a bit down at the heels. The staff was wonderful-helpful, attentive, absolutely what you would want in hoteliers. Breakfast was generous, both for Europeans and American tastes. Pay for the bay view, enjoy the view of St. John’s and all the fireworks. Out the hotel to the right, and up the street takes you to the Strand and some beaches. Enjoy!
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Try the Ta’ Kolina hotel several blocks down on the Strand. Great food, wonderful service.

Wonderful harbour views
The position of the hotel is excellent, with good access to shops, eating places and boat trips, as well as thee ferry into Valetta. We had superior sea view rooms and it was well worth it. Breakfast was adequate. Only disappoitment was the promised free lido. We got the required pass but when we got there the owner told us they had no connection with the hotel any more and we should not have been told that we could get in free. I said that I would pay but he let me and my granddaughter in as it was only an hour until closing.
