good hotel
It’s right next to the river walk. Only a few hundred feet from the Alamo Dome. Really like our stay and the location. Be prepared for an expensive overnight parking rate. If you are just staying in san Antonio, don’t bother with a car.

NICE Hotel, but be warned about parking
If you book yr tip from a discount website, becareful. They make no mention of how exensive parking is. $23 a day for self parking or $30 per day (plus tax) for valet parking. I expected there to be parking expenses but not THAT much. It was not in the budget. The private parking garage across teh street is $8 for 24 hrs, but, 90% of the time the LOT is FULL. Other than that the HOTEL was really nice....pricey, but nice.

POOL IS CLOSED
VISITED THIS (EXPENSEIVE) HOTEL FOR THE WEEKEND TO ENJOY THE RIVERWALK AT NIGHT AND ENJOY THE POOL DURING THE DAY. THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION AND NEITHER EXPEDIA OR THE HYATT PUBLISHED THIS IN ANYWAY. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
