Overpriced
Neighborhood wasn’t that pleasant, service was a bit lackluster. Room was not accessible by elevator.

Not bad value for money
The room was small but clean, though the bed linens were threadbare. The overall appearance of the hotel was slightly tatty. Be aware that this area is a red light area with many sex shops and the like along with a good many ethnic bars/cafes & shops. That said we never felt uncomfortable as even late at night the bars were busy, but it may not suit unaccompanied female travellers.
