Mixed behavior by staff.
The hotel concierge staff was helpful and courteous especially Angela. , The overal ambience of the hotel was soothing with clean uncluttered surroundings. I appreciated the layout of the suite and the in roon expresso machine. The location downtown was great if you enjoy walking because there is so much to do within a few blocks restaurants, bell center old town Montreal. The hotel gave us a gift certificate for a free drink per guest which we tried to use in the Hotel restaurant La Coulpole and we were informed that it was PER ROOm The staff in the restaurant were not cordial and we decided to return to a Portuguese restaurant with delicious food Ferreira Cafe rather than having dinner in the hotel on our last night.

Beautiful, modern, & excellent service all in a great location
My husband and I took our 14 month old son to Montreal for a long weekend and treated ourselves to Hotel LeCrystal. The hotel was fantastic! The location is great - close to restaurants, shopping, the art museum, visitor center and public transportation. It’s also a very do-able walk to get to the old city. The hotel itself is beautiful. Modern and sleek with all the amenities you could want. We were in a suite and thought it was very comfortable. We enjoyed having the coffee maker in the room along with the free Internet access. The bathrooms were fantastic - huge! The hotel provided us with a crib for our son and it was a nice quality crib. My only complaint is that they did not have a mattress pad or fitted crib sheet, so we had to use a regular sheet on the crib which took some work to get it snug around the mattress. Overall we were extremely pleased with the hotel service. Everyone was extremely helpful to us and didn’t seem to mind at all that we had a baby with us - in fact they seemed to go out of their way to be accommodating. We would certainly stay there again.
