terrific value near Lake Como Italy
This hotel was a jewel and and very reasonable; rooms are very nice with a sitting area in addition to the sleeping area. Breakfast buffet included was excellent.
Take the ferry (from various locations) to see the best at Lake Como (Italy)

Modern clean and convenient
My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights as a base to travel around the different little towns around Lake Como. We hired a car and found the place easy to find and parking was on site and free. The staff were helpful, the rooms were smallish however they were clean and everything was in place. We had a large balcony looking over the lake. Breakfast (like many Italian hotels) was a little disappointing but other than that all was ok.

All around great place to stay
Marco the concierge was very helpful and a consumate professional. The view of the mountains was exquisite and we had a great balcony looking at the mountains and the moon. A short distance from Como, Cernobbia, and Bellagio. Campo D’Italia has a lovely little town and nice casino. Only about an hours drive through lovely roads in Italy and Switzerland. Tight parking but always available.
