Nice but dirty
The Condo is older but has newer furnishings and is in generally good condition. The unit was not cleaned between guests. An old bar of soap and a half used shampoo were still in the shower and the floors were so dirty I had to throw away my socks.If cleaned properly I would recommend this property if you need a i bedroom condo for the same money as an midscale hotel.

Wish we could have spent more time there.
Unfortunately we didn’t get to spend enough time to take advantage of all the amenities available to us. Would love to go back again and take the rest of the family also. The on site restaurant was very good, the service was friendly and everyone there seemed to have a good time.

Do Not Count on A Place to Stay
The Marina itself is great and well kept. The challenge is that the person renting out units did not leave keys, info or anything else so the 6 of us (4 kids under 10) had no place to stay for a family vacation. We lucked into another unit with another person but ended up paying more. Do not count on this renter who is a realtor that you cannot get in touch with - and the Marina was not happy with her either. They stated this was a frequent occurance.
