Worked great for our needs
We were attending a 3 day convention at the Seattle Convention center and needed a cheap place to stay where we could get to the convention and back easily. The 358 Express bus right outside the hotel runs with in 4 blocks of the convention center. The bus runs constantly from around 5 in the morning til just after 1 am the following day. Taco Bell next door was great when getting back at Midnight / 1AM each day. Room was clean. Everything worked.

Good for the price
They have three rooms around the corner and at the lower level that are very quiet and secluded.
