TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
I stayed at this hotel before but this time I was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. The food was terrible, the front desk workers were liars and just not friendly. The manager flip-flopped on information that he told me and my group and he was not helpful at all in making our vacation enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to an enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay at VIP Haceinda Lifestyle Resorts. It cost more money but it will make you love Puerto Plata which is a very nice city.

Very nice place by the the Beach
I stayed at the Celuisma Playa Dorada - All Inclusive and I have to say it was pretty good. Plenty of good food, the staff was helpful and friendly and My room was very comfortable. Really good vaule for the money; spend a little extra and get a room off the beach. Everyone there was eager to help; my wife couldn’t eat solids because of a recent surgery, but the kitchen made her soup to eat everyday-I was very grateful for that. Great huge pool, awesome stuff happening on the beach and terrific tennis courts. Would definitely go back-had a Blast.

Loved it!!!!!
We spent a weekend in aug and it was wonderful. the food was great but not 2 many choices the mexican Rest was Fabulous. only nbegative thing is u can easily get bored so if u have ut own car leave the resost the teleferico and ocean world are near by.
