Average Hotel - could do better
Hmm. Not bad, and situated down town, but that’s it. Small rooms - don’t bring a cat to swing, because you certainly can’t. Very average breaskfast. Stayed for 1 night. Look elsewhere - there are better around.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Use the ’petit taxis’. Make them take you by meter. Of course everywhere you ask to go is ’too far away’, or the ’traffic is too bad’ for a meter, and it would be best to arrange a fixed price.... Rubbish. Their fixed prices are grossly inflated. Make them take you by meter. Argue until they do. Don’t take the Merc taxis - they charge the earth. The train to Marrakech costs around e12 first class. Go first class. Takes 3 hours 10 mins. A day trip is possible, and fun.
