Units have balcony views of Charlotte Harbor. Tennis courts, heated pool, bicycles, cable and laundry facilities are also available on-site. The Village is located 24 miles North of Fort Myers. A 50.00 USD security deposit is required. A guest certificate is required. Unauthorized guests will not be permitted to check in.
