The location of this hotel was perfect. The hotel was nice and the rooms large and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely renovated. Wed stay there again!

Very Unhappy
During the Arles photo festival week we were repeatedly asked to leave the pool in the evening to make way for a cocktail party that the hotel organised. On returning to the pool for the party we found that the pool was still out of bounds due to us not having a gold VIP card? we are staying in the hotel! then told that only people with invitation got these. After being refused entry the music then thumped away till 2.30am for 3 nights during that week. because of these night events, on entrance into the hotel you are confronted with 3 intimidating door staff that stand in your way until you explain that you are staying here. We also paid for a triple room and stayed in a double, the list goes on, and on, just not a very friendly or welcoming place to stay. Other than that the town its self is beautiful and it is situated in the centre of town at a perfect location but Im not sure if the location justifies the price.
We repeatedly went to the local supermarket every morning before we went to see the exhibitions to stock up on cream cheese and french bread, this worked out at around1.90euro which was a relief as a can of coke in the town was 2.50euro!

Would highly recommend to everyone
My family and I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Atrium in Arles and loved it. You couldnt ask for a better location if you plan to visit the city of Arles. The hotel is centrally located so walking to all the sites is very easy and possible...not to mention that the market is practically outside your hotel. This is a definite must-see if youre visiting Arles. The other great thing about the hotel other than location is parking. The hotel has parking for your car which is a BIG plus if your traveling by auto while in Europe. The hotel staff were wonderful...very friendly and helpful, nice buffet breakfast, and kid friendly hotel. It made for a very pleasant holiday for both myself and my family. Would recommend to all my family and friends.
