Needs Improving
We were part of a group of people staying in various rooms. All of us in the group were husbands and wives, and yet each of the rooms used only had one wash cloth per room. We had to hunt down the staff for additional washcloths. Then there was a problem with the wake up service. We had asked to be woken at about 5:00 and were woken at 3:00. I asked for directions at the desk for a nearby state route, and the clerk on desk duty could not answer my question. The state route was only 2-4 miles away. Good thing that we had a Tom-Tom navigational device.

Nice Hotel
I was only in town for one night for a wedding and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Chicago has a great nightlife for all music taste. You can find gourmet or budget meals from every ethnic background. Chicago is definitely an experience that shouldn’t be missed.

NOT for those with ASTHMA, ALLERGIES, LUNGS, Heath etc.
Back to the 1960’s! The smoking rooms and the non-smoking rooms alternate. Therefore you will cough and hack and smell smoke the entire time. Also the pool opens up late as it is totally open to the lobby so every sound in there echoes like crazy. Also did not have the room type we wanted.
