Would recommend to all

Still not known to taxi drivers, but absolutely worth finding. Arriving at 8am, immediately shown to our room. Special request of change to twin room met without hesitation. Staff always remembered us, our coffee order etc, were devestated if needs unable to be met eg Internet down briefly. Clientele appeared mostly Indian, hotel modern rather than cutesy, but of extremely high standard, a great tourist haven during an active stay in busy Jaipur. Local auto-rickshaw transport easily and cheaply available, but be firm with drivers wanting to take you to commission paying shops.

Anokhi is an interesting shop, out of the main tourist area, has items with Indian style, but of appeal and interest to Western tourists. Most importantly, don’t exploit workers, and promote local craft. Lovely cafe, if you are needing a change from Indian cuisine

Great hotel

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. The room was very spacious and clean. The roof terrace grill had fantastic food with amazing views over the city and quite cheap. The bar on the second floor was great for pre-dinner coctails. The hotel is located about 1 mile away from the Pink City which takes 20 minutes in a rickshaw, costing about 100 rupees. I would certainly stay there again.
