Minneapolis Best Hotel near the convention center
This is absolutly an outstanding hotel with friendly staff and within walking distance to the convention center. The service was absolutely amazing, the staff were very helpful and the facility is great!! What can we say... it is the best hotel and service you can find in Minneapolis!!

Simple Luxury
Hotel room was on the small side, but everything else about it was fabulous. Definitely in the luxury category. Bathroom "freebies" were practically full-sized, and really great stuff, too. Beautifully tiled bathroom separate jet tub and shower. Bedroom had super comfy bed, working desk, flat screen tv, and a chaise lounge. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Got room service twice (breakfast and dinner), and it was timely, hot, and served with a smile. The spa was very nice, although I didn’t buy any of the services, I did use the gym. The gym was better equipped than my Gold’s Gym at home, and had a beautiful yoga studio. No full-sized pool - just a whirlpool. I don’t know what the regular rates are, but I was able to get the room as a package (w/airfare) for very cheap. Since Expedia doesn’t let you mention specific room rates, let’s just say that it was about the same price as a new pair of good running shoes.

An oasis in downtown Minneapolis
I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was extremely impressed. The staff were thoroughly professional and accomodating; the decor throughout is crisp, modern, and elegant; the room was spacious, luxurious and quiet. I would highly recommend the Hotel Ivy to anyone travelling to Minneapolis on business or pleasure
