An OK hotel
Good service, very helpfull staff. Modern bathroom and hotel far better than other hotels in the same area for similar prices. Difficult to find parking anywhere in Biarritz (hotel with parking would help). If you are to arrive past 10pm, call in advance.

Recommended!
Spent five nights here at the end of April and was very impressed with the decor, atmosphere, and quality of service. The staff were friendly, breakfasts very good, and, above all, it is a quiet hotel in a very nice street. I would definitely recommend it.

Welcoming
A quite simple hotel. We stayed in a superior room but found it a little bit `bare’ though very clean and comfortable enough. Evidence of refurb work might suggest that there will be improvements on that score (albeit that the `evidence’ included getting paint on my coat!) The staff were polite, welcoming and friendly, check in was smooth and speedy and check out quite fast too. All in all, maybe not a hotel to rave about but one which is a good solid 3-star, well-situated with very good staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
