Very nice hotel, away from the madding crowd
I can certainly recommend this very pleasant hotel near Krabi. It is next to a nature reserve, with views of the Hong islands from the hotel beach. A little far from the main tourist areas, but we rather liked that - and there are free shuttles to Ao Nang if you need a tourist-ville experience! The beach is also good, even if the sea does go far out at low tide. Staff are v. welcoming and polite.

Take an excursion to Phang Nga Bay/ James Bond island - spectacular island scenary, a little like Ha Long Bay in Viet Nam.
