Excellent Location
The lobby area is lovely, very well presented, light and airy and people on hand to help. We had booked a standard room for 3 nights and we were offered either an inside room or an outer room upon check in. We chose the inside one as it faced the internal courtyard and was less noisy. Our room was very basic, and the decor was very dated. The doors to the rooms were very shabby, but I think we were in the unrefurbished part of the hotel - as the pics on teh website look very different. The beds were comfy and everything was spotless. The best thing about thsi hotel was its location. within 5 mins walk from Charing Cross station, 10mins walk to Trafalgar Square and buses nearby to get you around london. Restaurants nearby as well as the theatres. Overall a perfect place to get your head down with the bonus of such a central location.

Great for solo traveler!
great location at a great rate. Near transportation, tourist attractions, soho, covent garden and walking distance to financial area. rooms are extremely small and there is no air conditioner, however, the hotel is very affordable for the area. Service was excellent and all valued amenities provided. Worth the trade-offs.... money saved at this lower rate hotel could be spent elsewhere.
