Excellent location Excellent rooms Excellent Price
The location of the hotel was great - not far from the A2. Check in was simple and straightforward. The rooms were amazing, clean, modern and have all the facilities you need. Definately will be returning again!!

Uncomfortable!!
Not happy with the level of service, cleanlines etc of our room. Our tap was broken therefore we had to use a spoon in order to let the water out, toilet didn’t flush properly. The bed was very uncomfortable and no additional sheets were provided if you were cold. We weren’t expecting the ritz but we also weren’t expecting fawlty towers!
Fantastic view of the chatham maritime from te room and also next door was Chatham Dockside outlet which was good for money saving purchases. Rochester is the shopping place to be as it has quaint little boutiques where you can find affordable vintage ’one of a kinds’.

Comfortable
The Ramada Encore was extremely comfortable to stay in. The rooms are clean and fairly large and, despite being next to a main road, very quiet. They also have very secure parking as the barrier to the dockyard are closed overnight and you have to speak to security at the barrier to let you back in. If I had to be picky my only criticism would be the bathroom. It looks very chic but the shower has no door so the entire bathroom floor is wet afterwards and the washbasin has a funny tap that gets water all over the sides of the basin. Otherwise would definitely consider staying again.
