Watch out for the price hike!
The hotel is botique style, fairly small and pretty clean. Very expensive for what it is, rooms in Stavanger generally have a great hike when there are events on in the town as there is simply not enough rooms. I stayed one night out of necessity, paid a lot of money; the perks were simply not there for the cost of the room..

Junior Suite very nice but view of high street
We picked this hotel because it was the closest we could find to a boutique hotel in Stavanger. The room was a okay size and the addition of the electric fire was a nice touch. The view we had was of the high street so if you want views of the habour or lake then this isn’t the hotel for you. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice from the buffet and they do have a nice restaurant next to the hotel. Staff also professional and reasonably friendly.

Very comfortable hotel and great location
Excellent location within short walking distance of ferry, train and main attractions. New hotel with high quality beds and furnishings. Also, fairly quiet at night with restaurants and bars a short walking distance. Nice breakfast included in room rate.
