A Friendly Hotel
A new concept for my wife & I in a very friendly modern boutique style hotel with a self service bar ! The service was brilliant & the staff extremely friendly & helpful Rooms modern & very clean

Great Hotel
We were very happy with this hotel and my husband especially liked the young ladies who were running the hotel as they were very attractive and amenable. Our stay of 2 nights was most enjoyable.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Local attractions ie the Illuminations were rubbish and we didn’t find anywhere decent to eat. The weather was so bad, rain and wind that we didn’t explore too far but Lytham St Annes is far nicer than Blackpool. If the weather had been better I am sure there were plenty of good walks.

Wonderful
A wonderful experience. Lovely rooms. An oasis of luxury and friendliness. For those booking via Expedia - and there are advantages, price-wise - I would suggest you phone the hotel 48h or so later, as the Expedia does not come directly through to the hotel and could as such be lost in transit... You don’t want to miss out on not having a room here!
