Not impresses
Requested a non-smoking room with a king sized bed, got a smoking room with 2 full sized beds, when i told the manager on duty, i was informed that i got an extra bed as an upgrade, at no extra cost. The refrigerator did not work, and we were kept up all night by the inhabitants of another room fighting and banging on the walls and doors, literally all night.

New Ownership did not have a clue what they were doing
booked room on hotel.com that was supposed to be a bed and breakfast that allowed pets. checked in to find out they had changed ownership the week before. the new owners did not allow pets but they would "make an exception" for an extra $35 per night. it was also no longer a bed and breakfast (unless you count mini donuts and juice as breakfast). not a good experience at all. i would not recommend the hotel and suggest hotel.com be more vigilant with their advertising when businesses change ownership.
