Nice breakfast, staff friendly. Considering it was just a stop along the way of a longer trip, satisfactory. Bed comfortable.

needs improvement and attitude adjustment
room was clean but well worn with cigarette burns on sink and furniture. carpeting worn and had large burn area apparently from an iron. pervasive mildew smell was disturbing. although a substantial breakfast was advertised large prominent signs in room, lobby, and breakfast area appeared warning against eating too much and/or carrying any food from breakfast area lest a $7.50 fee would be charged for the item. (we refrained from seconds on the mini muffins.) the overall experience felt tacky.
