Authentic Hotel
Business trip of three days. Hotel was very authentic, very comfortable, well located for the city center.
A Good breakfast is available at the hotel but at £14.00 per head !!! -- cheaper places are just across the road.

Faded glory
42 The Calls USED to be a special place to stay. Now it is very dog eared. The furnishings need renewing. In 2008 there should be a shower and not just a ’spray’ in the bath! You have to ring reception to get any milk for your morning tea. At that time in the morning reception is busy checking people out so they don’t answer the ’phone. A miserable stay, not to be repeated.
