Modernhotel in old industrial area
Great new hotel - very modernistic styling in the rooms. Situated in an area that is obviously earmarked for redevelopment so there are no close amenities. Restaurant was not fully functioning and only offered limited choices - perhaps it’s still too new? No problems whatsoever with the service or rooms though but definitely one where you need a car.

the hotel needs to consider separating out the floors and not just rooms into smoking and non-smoking, with smoking being on top floors.

Wounderful eateries and restaurants within 5 minute walkng distance. A extremly big mall with wounderful shops and food court with 3-5 minute walk. Train staion (Brescia) 5-7 minutes walk, look up upon coming out of station towards your left is AC brescia hotel.
