Not impressed

The hotel is under major renovations and that should have been advised, the cost was to high for what you got, but general manager was very helpful and did what she could to make things better.

Poor customer service

This hotel was a joke. Some of the staff was rude, others just poorly trained. Check in took over 15 minutes. An elderly guest fell and cut his knee at the hotel entrance and no one helped the man. I assisted him and his daughter in front of two of the staff who sat there and just talked. At check in this same man found that his rooms booked two months ago were given to another guest. When I went to my room, I found that it was already occupied. This is hotel basics 101. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of this one.

Room fine -- other things lacking

Room was nice -- but other services, including restaurant, were very limited.
