not impressed
Was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. As the bed cover still had stains on it and there was not even basic Shampoo and conditioner provided.

When we arrived the hotel is a great location
Only stay on floors 4 or 5 as the rest is not up dated!!!! If you do this your stay will be great. We stayed in 501 the best room with sea views

The balcony to the first room only room for one person at a time,second room better but there were still faults e.g.light bulbs that had failed blocked hand basin unable to position shower head beds uncomfortable no secrurity box only downstairs those apart breakfast and wardrobes OK.Fire alarms set off no explanation why were not told it was false alarm
