More Effort from Front Desk
My only complaint about this hotel was that we were put in a room that was surrounded by a wedding group in several rooms and they partied all night and woke us up twice. They were drunk and they were shouting, slamming doors, and making a huge racket at 2AM and the front desk did nothting about it even though I called twice to complain. I was really angry. The response was "well, every time I walk down there to see what’s going on, the group is leaving to go bar hopping so there’s nothing we can do about it." That is so lame. We had a First Communion event to attend the next morning. We would have gotten more sleep in a gas station!

Not what we expected
The hotel was very convenient to our destination and it was clean and inviting. However with no elevator we had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs. When I got into bed the blanket and sheet barely came to my chest. I had to untuck the entire bedding all around the bed in order to cover up. The heater went on and off all night and was very noisy. My colleague’s sink backed up and she had to brush her teeth in the bathtub.
