Very good hotel
I would certainly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room was ready. Only took 10 - 15 mins to walk to the centre with a tram stop immediately outside. Our room was at the front but no problem to us. A kettle would have been nice. Lovely breakfast served from 7.30am
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
We saved money on the trip to the Concentration camps by travelling by train from the main station. It worked out at five pounds for all three of us each way. A big saving on organised tours and you get to experiance a Polish train ride (don’t expect a state of the art modern train. It takes about 1 1/2 hours.

Highly recommended
We arranged a family trip (4 couples) to Krakow and chose this hotel on the basis of on-line reviews. We found that the hotel and particularly the staff surpassed our expectations. The price was a bit higher than we are used to paying, but it was well worth it!

Excellent accommodation and staff
This hotel is highly recommended - the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, the rooms, restaurant and lounge were excellent and its location was extremely good for seeing the sights of Krakow.
The nearby old Jewish quarter square was full of excellent and reasonably priced restaurants.
